2012, what’s going to happen?
This is what some people already said?
No one really knows, apparently.
Is it asteroid, Nuke, climate change, Aliens coming to either eat us or take us away?
Or, Just the end of the calender because the carver died, or something.
People have been claiming the end of the world for a long time.
Some even believe that our Alien creators will return to share with us the meaning of the universe and give us all the answers we’ve been looking for. I know that a gigantic Particle Accelorator is currently under construction in the EU and is sceduled to go online Dec. 21, 2012.
Many of us believe that 2012 is destined to arrive. Others believe that we’ll skip right to 2013 after Dec 31, 2011.

We know that none of the silly predictions are going to happen. There won’t be a killer planet Nibiru hitting us because it doesn’t exist. The earth won’t “fall off its axis” because it can’t do that. The magnetic poles won’t shift. There won’t be a planetary alignment, and planetary alignments don’t have magical destructive powers anyway. There will be a few solar storms, because those happen fairly frequently and we’re getting close to the peak in frequency in 2013. But there’s no prediction of a particular solar storm any more than there’s a prediction of a particular thunderstorm in your city. They can’t be predicted.
When they happen, you only know about them if you read space news. Did you know that we’ve already had a few in the last few months? I’ll bet you didn’t.

That’s a reference to the “Mayan Prophecy”. Some idiot author claims the Mayan calendar is “ending” and that means the Mayans thought time would end. The Mayans are still around and they think people who believe that stuff are insane. No Mayan ever made such a “Mayan Prophecy”. They do have a calendar cycle that is ending. When calendars end a cycle, they begin a new cycle.

That’s a joke. If 2012 doesn’t arrive, then I guess we’ll go directly to 2013.
Of course it’s arriving. But it will be a normal year.

I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your site. It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme? Superb work!
