Driver charged after bad wreck on I-485; 8 injured expected to survive

…All eight people riding in the overcrowded SUV are expected to survive — their injuries ranged from scratches to a broken arm, said Trooper M. Heon, who is investigating the crash. They were taken to Carolinas Medical Center.
…The SUV’s driver, Arturo Cinto, 33, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, exceeding a safe speed and overcrowding a vehicle. He was in Mecklenburg jail Wednesday afternoon, but his bond information wasn’t immediately available.
The driver told Heon he and his passengers were heading north, to Washington D.C. or Delaware.

in Washington—they just gave the go ahead to local police to seize all vehicles stopped with a unlicensed or suspended license and impound the vehicle immediately—–
we hauled in 10 cars just last night—and we dont send out our notices in any other language besides ENGLISH—we auction the cars if they are not claimed and fees paid in 24 hours.—-comprehendo or not.
