if a student writes on his science test that the earth was 6000 yo (on religious grounds)… the teacher cannot mark it as incorrect, according to this texas and oklahoma state laws

are these laws still in effect?

and if so, can a student who believes in Scientology answer on his biology test that aliens live in our bodies?
