One good place to start is LinkedIn.com. LinkedIn is an online business and professional networking system that allows you to connect with your peers and other experts. Within LinkedIn, you will find chiropractic groups you can join at no cost such as Chiropractic Professionals and Chiropractic Marketing, You can also find other groups such as within Google Groups. Within Google, you can find thousands of groups covering every topic imaginable. To find a chiropractic group, simply go to Google’s main search page and click on the “more” menu choice and click on the “groups” choice next. Simply enter a chiropractic term and you will find a massive list of groups where that topic was discussed. For example, when I entered the search term “chiropractic” I find it mentioned 245,000 times within Google Groups.
Once you find a group you are interested in, simply sign up online to become part of that group.
9. Search and read interesting newly published books about your field.
To remain successful as a chiropractor and to distinguish yourself from other chiropractors, as well as improve your level of patient care, it is important that you constantly stay current on new developments.
