Area 51 Logo
On Google Maps, north of Area 51 is a logo of KFC?

I've never seen anything like this in Google maps before. It is at the corner of Groom Road, and The Old Mill Street. If you use satellite view you can see a review of what looks like dirt surrounding the colonel said. Is this real?

That is very good – the benevolent image of Colonel Sanders looking into space. I found this area on Google Earth. Here are some details: the coordinates: Latitude N Longitude 37.6460 115.7508 W If you enable the "Geographic Web" box on Google Earth, you find that this is also the location of the "Little A'Le'Inn. Google Earth has a photo of the inn, and has signs like these: – Welcome to UFO and crew – Welcome earthlings is therefore only in a strange place highway in the middle of nowhere near the Extraterrestrial Highway, which runs through Area 51. Presumably, the owner figured that after traveling all light years foreigners would have a craving for Kentucky Fried Chicken. If you reduce the Colonel, is the town of Rachel, Nevada, about a half mile east. There are (and also to south along the Extraterrestrial Highway) will find much more exotic photographs related to Google Earth. With Google Maps street view is available to along the Extraterrestrial Highway, but unfortunately not in the streets of Rachel. The A'Le'Inn Little seems to be the main (or perhaps the only) source of business for many miles around. Here is their website: http://www.littlealeinn.com/ — Here is information about the image of Colonel Sanders (the face from space): http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/google/index. jsp? ndmViewId = news_view & newsid = 20061114005428 & newsLang = it has nothing to do with the A'Le'Inn little, but it was a propaganda trick by KFC.
