Driver’s Licenses for illegals?
New York is preparing to issue licenses to illegal aliens.This is nothing less than official recognition that breaking the law is fine and dandy with the state.We are told that by issuing these documents to these law-breakers that they will be able to buy insurance thus making it ‘safer’ for the motoring public and “may” even cause rates of insurance,and accidents to be reduced.Here in New Mexico,we began a license program last year and so far there has not been any signs that either has occured.Point of fact,our DWI stats have increased.and insurance rates are rising instead.
Criminal Aliens do not abide by the rules-that is why we call them criminals,they won’t buy insurance because what they don’t spend on housing,they send the rest back to their country of origin.Insurance does not fit into their budgets.
You are absolutely correct. The only good feature is that those that do sign up, and there will not be many, will be easily found for deportation.
