Does this sound like a realistic newspaper report?

I understand the content of the story isn’t realistic ( Martians etc) but does my style of writing this convey it as a real newspaper report that is believable? Thank you:).

Martians in huge metal cylinder crash to earth- then kill Britain’s most treasured astronomers!

In the early hours of yesterday, Horsell Common was devastated when martians in a gigantic metal cylinder crashed down to Earth, blasting a deathly light ray on the town; killing two of Britain’s most treasured astronomers along with hundreds of innocent civilians. John Nickleson (a scientist) witnessed the astonishing event unfold and helps us to understand the bizarre predicaments of yesterday through his own scientific understanding!

For many months Nickleson had observed strange occurrences take place on Mars‘s surface -from his Surrey based laboratory- such as over ten million flashes, that he was right to believe were all being caused by huge projector screens from alien technology! However James Stent (an astronomer royal) did not believe Nicklesons claims, casting them as ‘far too unrealistic!’ Instead Stent labeled them as ‘meteor collisions.’

Stent was proved to be wrong when a large metal cylinder cascaded ‘with full velocity’ from abnormal heights, into By-fleet Golf Links; scarring Surrey’s picturesque countryside forever, leaving an enormous crater the size of ‘two football pitches!’. Nickleson describes the creatures he saw emerge out of the cylinder to be “slug-like and chinless, in addition to the strong gravitational pull on Earth they were evidently not accustomed to!”. He adds, ” the beasts had long oily tentacles! Hundreds of desperately scared on-lookers fled the area in fear!”. However at 10:37am, the riveted, ‘armadillo-shaped’ copper machine shot a pencil ray of deathly light out to the east of Surrey, demolishing all human activity clean off the Earth that laid to the east, leaving behind a black, bare flattened line ‘ as far as the eye could see!’. James Stent and Ovalgy (Stent’s assistant) decided to venture towards the copper object in hope of uncovering a rational explanation. Prior to their ‘up-close investigation’, Stent had ordered all emergency services to refrain from entering the sight- as it would waste their time! Orders were hastily accepted. Just seven minutes later, both Stent and Ovalgy were abducted by the martians; little to the knowledge of the emergency services! Meanwhile, bustling colonies of frantic people bellowed for help from promised squadrons of helicopters to capture this obscure copper ‘beast’, but all emergency services stood back- following Stents orders not to move unless told by him otherwise!

Towards the end of the day, authorities concluded that over 200 people had lost their lives in addition to the deathly light ray blasting them. Plus a further 100 people -including Stent and Ovalgy- have been listed as ‘missing under extreme circumstances,’ as well as the metal cylinder itself that sawed back into space at 11:40 approx. Police forces, helicopter squadrons and troops were all extremely regretful that they refrained from acting on the event, but insist they were under strict instructions from Stent to stay back. Unfortunately NASA couldn’t investigate the copper machine or martians, hence no-one understands their current location or even why they decided to show up on Earth. What should a father do, to get his kids back?

I know there are a few questions like this, but I’m hoping some of the answers help me, build up my case…

My ex-Girlfriend has taken my two kids that I have with her (age 1yr9mo and 9mo old), away and she is not letting me see them, she is also taking me to court and trying to get full custody of the children, she’s only doing this because she knows that I don’t love her. Well, this is a story within its self… Which, I can talk about it more in depth another day.

I know I am a good father and will never do anything to hurt my children. I have another two kids with my ex-wife and they are with me 24/7 and enjoy being with them too (I know, I know… what the hell is this guy doing popping kids all over the place? I can’t do anything about that anymore at this point, but to care my little angels, so please, I need solutions…). My ex-girlfriend in the other hand, she has another two children with another guy, and she abandon them for about 3 years while she has been with me. I always asked her to bring her other two children to live with us, but they seem to be a bother to her, somehow, when they came over, she would just tell her other siblings to get the hell away and if they did something bad, she would tell them “I am going to call your DAD to pick you up” (not to mention that she was a previous meth (crystal) addict).

I don’t want my two siblings that I have with her, to go through that, she doesn’t watch the kids very well, (one time, her daughter which is 5yrs old, almost got ran over cus she was in the middle of the street by herself). Sometimes, I would come home from work and my daughter that is 1yr9mo, would be in the middle of the street by herself, and most of the time it was always my two older kids watching my younger two kids (which the younger ones are 9mo and the other 1yr9mo).

There is a few things I will hit her with at court, she has a picture (and I have a copy of it) of her older boy, dressed up like a border cartel (MAFIA) and holding up a real AK47, she abandon her other kids for three years, she is an illegal alien, she carries around a fake social security card (I just wish I had a copy of this), she drives without a license (and she has had two cars impounded for this, which I had to pay for), and she has been arrested for not paying for these tickets. All and all, a friend recommended that I have her deported so she won’t show up to court and I can get my kids back.

I guess, what I am trying to look for is some sort of direction. I am thinking of contacting dadslaw.com and have their attorneys run my case. But as far as the deportation, is there any sort of ways to do this effectively?

What are the penalties for getiing caught paying employees under the table.?

With the crackdown on illegal aliens in the workplace there
seems to be increased interest and penalties in the area of
non reported workers of all kinds.

I know that the penalty for not witholding could be as much
as triple but I recently heard that you are responsible for all
the taxes and social security that the employee would have
had to pay plus your matching contribution and if he drew
unemployment or social security it could really get sticky.

What is the real situation???

Does anyone with a degree in any of the Sciences find that “Ancient Aliens” show plausible?

I am a Biochemist and even though Aliens, the subject of Physics or Anthropology does not fall into my area of expertise, I find that show unreasonably silly. To be frank, I think that show is a joke. And I have a hard time believing that anyone who is at-least a little educated (lets say anyone who has spent at-least the first two years in College) takes that show seriously.

What are people’s thoughts?

is god real or isnt he?

im 13 and i dont think god is real for these reasons:
1.there is no proof that hes real (yeah i know there is no proof he isnt real but there is no proof for a lot of thngs. for example there is no proof that there isnt invisable aliens running around on earth but we still dont believe there is..)
2. also people say u cant see oxygen but u know its there… thats becuse there is scientific proof that it is there..
3. if god loves everyone why do people get hurt and get diseases?
4. religious people always talk about adam and eve saying that its not true.. so if thats not true doesnt that mean the whole bible could be made up?
