paranormal…..?
do you belive in all of the paranormal ideas out there? such as: aliens, bigfoot, loch ness, ghosts? god makes a reference to ghosts in the bible… and theres pretty hard evidence of them. i mean, how amazing is it to think about stuff like that. that there may be life in outter space? or life after death?……
it says “whats wrong with you? you look as if you have seen a ghost”
I believe in the ideas of the paranormal, yes.
I think aliens exist but if they have visited earth is another question in my mind. On the other hand people that have abduction experiences are experiencing something unexplained that they at least perceive as aliens.
Yes, I know about sleep paralysis and the many cases where it can be excluded as an explanation.
Again people see (sometimes hear) something they call BigFoot. If this is a type of ape species or just an unidentified bear (or a mutation of ape or bear) is an open question. I think if we just started thinking of it as a natural animal and not paranormal then biologist and zoologist (maybe anthropologist) would actually attempt investigations and we advance science by discovering yet another new species or learn how people’s perceptions differ in certain environments.
The same as above applies to Nessie, be she a surviving line of dinosaur or a giant eel we could advance science by studying the phenomena.
I certainly believe that people experience seeing a ghost. I also believe that many explanations are probably required for the many specific types of experiences from the skeptical sleep paralysis hallucination explanation to the surviving spirit explanation.
