can i get a philippine passport?
i am holding a taiwan visa and a philippine icard (permanent alien resident card).
my question is can i get dual citizenship and also get a philippine passport?
i was born in the philippines and lived there until i was 16 and my father and brother are holding filipino passports.
can someone give me some information? some links?

You were born in the Philippines and your father is Filipino. You are Filipino by birth. Of course you can get a Philippine passport.
