More than likely not! I would assume that there are a ton of United States Air Force top secret projects. I bet the vast majority of unidentified flying objects are secret government projects. A vast number of which are probably housed in the Area 51 hangers.

The base in question is the Groom Lake Test Site and it is used to test top secret aircraft and missile projects.
