Does anyone believe that humans have been advanced to our level or close many times over in the past?

I have been watching ancient aliens and whether or not you believe that theory… there is still a lot of proof that we have flown before and had light bulbs… I wonder if due to floods or ice ages if we have been as advanced as we are now many times before in the past and we are just now finding the evidence… the egyptians, greeks, and mayans knew the earth was round. It seems somewhere in the dark ages perhaps due to church’s burning books and stuff that we have forgotten so much that we knew. Its a shame we have to relearn it all
Baghdad battery… on the new kingdom temple there are 3000 year old 100 percent without a doubt pictures of planes, helicopters, there is an exact aerodynamic gold mini plane in a museum which when they blew it up to scale it flew, the egyptians have light bulbs drawn all over there temples, they have found these things. There is some proof. Dont get me wrong they havent found as much to prove they were as far along as us but many cultures have had at least that much.
The history channel tries to credit things to aliens I don’t… but we have def had a lot more technology then we thought and life has already been found to be far older than we imagined.
