On the show Ancient Aliens on the History Channel, ancient civilizations and their artifacts and ancient religions are analyzed by historians, scientists, and anthropologists and connected to modern day alien theories. The experts on this show incorporate anthropology, history, religion, and science. What field of study could I get a PhD in that does research in ancient civilizations, religions, and culture, similar to this show? it does not have to include alien research lol.
